Dave serves as Lead Pastor of Crossroads Church in Mansfield, Ohio, a church of over 3,000 people in the North Central Ohio Region, named one of the 100 fastest growing churches by Outreach Magazine.  He is the primary communicator and ministry developer at Crossroads. As the visionary architect of the church, Dave provides direction and development for the ministry, empowering both the staff and lay leadership of the church. He holds Masters of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry degrees. Dave is a frequent speaker at different events and conferences and is heard weekly on multiple media outlets.

Dave has been married to his college sweetheart, Allyson, for 20 years. They have 4 boys together, David, Caleb, Jacob, and Isaac and live in Mansfield, Ohio. In his spare time, you will usually find Dave spending time with his family, friends, or on the golf course.

Dave’s passion is to connect the depths of Scripture to the values of life. Namely, that the more clearly one understands the depths of Scripture the greater the impact in the world around them. Dave is a firm believer that the church is still the greatest catalyst of change in a community. Specifically, that the presence of Crossroads in North Central Ohio would continue to make a huge difference in providing hope to many lives in the region and around the world. He is quick to remind everyone that brokenness in the community can be overcome, hope can be realized and lives can be transformed through the gospel.
